Cancellation/No Show Policy

 

I kindly ask that you give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.

 

I consider myself fortunate to be fully booked each day, so I hope that you understand that no shows/last-minute cancellations impact heavily on my small business. I lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time slot and clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, I will text and confirm your appointment 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, but you are always welcome to text/call to double check if you are unsure.  If you are unable to reply, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. Please do not be offended personally, but repeated no shows/ late cancellations to your scheduled appointments will result in you being unable to re-book with me in the future.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, there is a high probability that I will have to reschedule your appointment. When you are late to an appointment it not only effects my workday, but the schedules of all the clients that come after.
